To use 19bajee's services, you must meet the conditions listed below. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you fulfil all of these requirements.

Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance is generally used before real balance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 19bajee. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Completing verification using a false identity or forged documents.

Users may close their account at any time. 19bajee also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a rule violation.

• To voluntarily close your account, send an email to the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 12 months.
• To reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team.

19bajee is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or transactions that fail due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses arising from the cancellation or modification of sporting events.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

However, 19bajee always strives to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and to ensure users receive fair treatment.

19bajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email address or through a platform notification.

• Users will be notified at least 7 days before any changes to the terms take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
